Refund & Exchange Policy

At Compression Socks World, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@compressionsocksworld.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unwashed, and in its original condition.

It must be in the original packaging, including all labels and tags.

The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@compressionsocksworld.com with photos of the issue. We will evaluate your case and arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Once your return is received and approved, we will process your exchange. Availability of replacements is subject to stock levels.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

Items that have been washed, or altered.

Items without original packaging or labels.

Clearance or final sale items (unless defective or damaged upon arrival).
